Product Information

We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and details. However, actual colors may vary due to device display settings.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

Health and Safety

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products including:

• Skincare: Anti-Aging treatments, Serums, Skin Lighteners, Vitamin C products, Moisturizers, Cleansers
• Makeup: Eye Makeup, Face Makeup, Lips Makeup
• Hair Care: Hair Treatment, Hair Conditioner, Hair Shampoo
• Products from opened Haircare Kits / Sets
• Makeup Accessories that have been used or removed from packaging

We make exceptions for products that arrive damaged or defective.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days after shipment via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
• Free Shipping: 15-25 business days after shipment via EMS (for orders over $50)

Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide with the exception of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original, unopened condition with seals intact
• Items must be in original packaging with all labels attached
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

1. Submit your return/exchange request via email to [email protected]
2. Our customer service will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number
3. Package and ship your return with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8-15 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
