Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jane Iredale purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unopened condition with seals intact
  • In the original packaging with all labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following opened products:

  • Skincare: Anti-Aging treatments, Serums, Skin Lighteners, Vitamin C products, Moisturizers, Cleansers
  • Makeup: Eye Makeup, Face Makeup, Lips Makeup
  • Hair Care: Hair Treatment, Hair Conditioner, Hair Shampoo
  • Products from opened Haircare Kits / Sets
  • Makeup Accessories that have been used or removed from packaging

We make exceptions for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if this occurs.

Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, our customer service team will respond with:

  • A Return Authorization Number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • The return shipping address

Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All items are securely packaged in their original packaging
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • 3-5 business days for us to inspect the returned items
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method

The total processing time from when we receive your return to when the refund appears in your account is typically 8-15 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to the card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Information

  • We will ship your replacement product once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange product is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange product is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments

International Returns

As we serve customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and Africa (with some regional exceptions), please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
